Using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, we tackle our clients’ research needs by answering four research questions (independently or interdependently)

What has happened?

We will provide a detailed but concise overview of what has been going on with your organisation.

 “What should we do?”

Based on empirical evidence (i.e. past patterns and trends), we devise business models/solutions which predict and or influence the likelihood of a future event or outcome and this is useful as it enables your organisation to plan ahead.

“Why did it happen?”

Research affairs seeks to delve deeper to understand why an event or outcome has occurred in your organization. To get to the root cause, Research affairs will identify any additional data that might offer further insight into the challenge the business is facing.

“What will happen?”

Research affairs in partnership with global industry experts will assist you on how best to take advantage of the future outcomes that have been predicted. We model the steps you can take to avoid future challenges, and what you can do to capitalize on an emerging trend.

Our Research Methods

Quantitative Research methods
Quantitative research methods involve using numbers to measure data. Our Researchers can use statistical analysis to find connections and meaning in the data.

Our quantitative research strategies include methodologies such as questionnaires, structured observations, and/or experiments to study psychological, social, and economic processes through the exploration of numeric patterns.

Qualitative Research methods
Qualitative research methods involve exploring information and non-numerical data. The research experts we have in-house can use various methodologies to examine how people might connect meaning to their experiences and emotions.

Our researchers involve the collection and analysis of narratives and/or open-ended observations through methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, or ethnographies.
